Police release photo of suspect’s vehicle after motorcyclist dies in hit-and-run

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.– Police released photos and a description Wednesday of a vehicle of interest in a hit-and-run crash that killed a motorcyclist.

The crash occurred Monday at the intersection of Georgetown Road and West 59th Street around 10 a.m.

Michael Foree, 37, of Indianapolis, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Detectives believe Foree was heading south on Georgetown Road approaching 59th Street at the same time an SUV was heading north on Georgetown Road turning west onto 59th Street from Georgetown Road.

Police describe the vehicle of interest as a 2005-2007 Ford Freestyle with light green paint and beige trim. It had an Indiana “In God We Trust” license plate. The plate number could not be identified.

The suspect’s vehicle may have damage on the passenger’s side.
