RECIPE: Microwave Mug of Eggs

2 large eggs

2 tablespoons milk

Optional – 2 tablespoons cheese


Spray coffee mug (or bowl/dish) with vegetable cooking spray thoroughly. Add eggs and milk and whisk/stir until blended. Microwave on high about 30 to 40 seconds, stir and microwave additional 35 to 45 seconds or until eggs are set. Sprinkle with cheese.
