Drugs, guns, $41K seized in Shelbyville narcotics investigation; 4 arrested

UPDATE (February 14, 2018) — Trevor Wilkins pleaded guilty to a drug dealing charge. He was sentenced to 5 years in the Department of Correction, with 3 years executed and the rest suspended to probation. 

SHELBYVILLE, Ind.– Four people were arrested in Shelbyville as a result of a five-month narcotics investigation.

On July 20 and July 25, search warrants were served at the residences of Trevor Wilkins and Dylan Hildebrand.

Officers found and seized six long guns, three handguns, $41,061.92 in cash, more than 100 grams of an unnamed controlled substance, a large amount of an unnamed substance in liquid form, methamphetamine, less than ten pounds of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, a money counter, tow vacuum bag sealers and a large gun safe.

Trevor Thomas Wilkins, 20, of Shelbyville, faces charges of dealing a Schedule I narcotic, dealing marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, maintaining a common nuisance, corrupt business influence and possession of paraphernalia.

Dylan E. Hildebrand, 22, of Fairland, faces charges of dealing a Schedule I narcotic, corrupt business influence, maintaining a common nuisance and possession of paraphernalia.

Shane Matthew Quick, 21, of Fairland, and Kaylee Michelle Hildebrand, 23, of Greenwood, each face a charge of visiting a common nuisance.
