Today could mark the wettest day, with the highest rainfall totals of this 3-day event...yes, even heavier than the amounts that fell over the weekend! With that said, a Flash Flood Watch remains in effect until tomorrow night. And river levels and local water levels will need to be monitored!

The above image shows the rainfall potential for today and into tonight. The images below shows the amount that has already fallen since Saturday morning! Before tomorrow night, some spots may see close to 9" totals over a 3-day period...impressive and dangerous!

Rain chances will begin to taper tomorrow, as the soggy, unsettled low pulls east of Indiana and takes the heaviest rainfall towards the East Coast. As rain chances taper during the week, warmer air returns and peaks Friday afternoon before additional, heavier storms on Saturday!
