12-year-old arrested after allegedly threatening to shoot IMPD officers in head

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.– Indianapolis Metropolitan police arrested a boy Wednesday for threatening people and police officers with a starter pistol.

Officers were called to the 2200 block of Kessler Boulevard North Drive just after midnight.

A police report from the incident states a 12-year-old boy was arrested on two preliminary charges of intimidation. He had a 9mm starter pistol and reportedly threatened people with it.

He’s also accused of saying he was going to shoot officers in the head.
