Danville police looking for missing teen with mental disorder

DANVILLE, Ind. – Police in Danville, Indiana are searching for a missing 17-year-old who they say suffers from a mental disorder and may have the mental capacity of an 8-year-old.

Officers say Brandon Lee Phillips went missing from his apartment in the Crosswind Apartment Complex around 2 p.m. Tuesday.

Brandon is described as being 5’11” tall, 125 pounds, with brown hair, brown eyes and gauged earring in both ears. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with the word “PUMA” written across the front in white lettering, black pants and a black “muscle shirt.”

The teen is possibly on his way, or already in, the Georgetown or Springfield, Illinois area where he grew up. He may also be with his adult brother Sebastian Dees.
