INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Indianapolis Colts will be without wide receiver Donte Moncrief for up to six weeks, according to Chuck Pagano.

The veteran receiver suffered a fractured scapula in Sunday’s loss at Denver. No surgery is required, but Pagano said Moncrief will miss between 4 and 6 weeks.

To compensate for the loss of Moncrief, the team signed wide receiver Devin Street off New England’s practice squad.

The loss of Moncrief is huge. The 2014 third-round draft pick has appeared in 34 games with 103 receptions, 1,250 yards and 10 touchdowns.

The load now shifts heavily to T.Y. Hilton and 2015 first-round draft pick Phillip Dorsett.
