Skies are clear and temperatures comfortable to begin our hump day. Anticipate another bright sunrise with only a touch of haze or fog in the low spots and valleys.

Plenty of sun will dominate the state again today, while temperatures jump back into the upper 80s. Certainly, well above the seasonal average of 76°! The only weather issue will be the air quality, as another Knozone Action Day has been activated through the afternoon.

More warmth and sun should continue through the upcoming weekend. A backdoor cold front will drop in on Saturday afternoon/evening. This should move our highs downward a touch for Sunday, but still warm for late September and the colts home game. Models continue to show a minimal chance for showers over the weekend! A breakdown on this warm, dry pattern will begin Monday and into early next week, as our rain/storm chances begin to move up.
