Johnson County officers locate man who fled from them near scene of residential burglary

UPDATE: Authorities have located the man who fled from officers Wednesday.

JOHNSON COUNTY, Ind. – The Johnson County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a man who fled from officers after they identified themselves Wednesday.

Officers say the following surveillance photos of the man were taken at a Nineveh business. The photos of the man without a hat is the subject walking into the store. The photos of the man with a hat is the subject exiting the store.

A firearm was stolen from a home in the same area earlier in the day. Officers would like to speak with the subject about that crime as well.

The man was last seen wearing a short sleeve shirt, camo shorts and a backwards baseball cap.
