Indianapolis police release sketch of person of interest in fatal July shooting

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – IMPD released a sketch of a person of interest from a fatal shooting back in July.

The shooting occurred on July 30 around 5:30 p.m. on the northwest side in the 5400 block of North High School Road.

When police arrived, they found a male victim lying in the roadway, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. He was later identified as Ryan Goss, 46.

Police say a nearby elementary school surveillance camera captured the suspect fleeing the scene.

Police released a sketch of the suspect on Friday.
