INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. --Happy Tuesday! What a gorgeous sunrise we had this morning! Check out the view from our Lake Monroe camera.

It's been a nice day with a mix of sun and clouds and temperatures in the low to mid-70s. Tonight, look for a partly cloudy to mostly clear sky. Temperatures will dip to the mid to upper 50s Wednesday morning.

We're in for an unseasonably warm and windy day on Wednesday. Clouds will increase and we'll have gusts to 25 mph. Temperatures will jump to the upper 70s with a chance of storms in the late afternoon and evening. Some storms could be strong with an isolated severe storm possible. Damaging wind gusts will be the main threat.

The cold front looks to move in between 11 p.m. and 2 a.m. Wednesday night into Thursday. We'll have a few lingering showers early Thursday morning but clearing through the day. Cooler weather will prevail with temperatures in the 60s for highs Thursday and Friday. The weekend turns much warmer and so does next week! We could be looking at possible severe storms next Tuesday as one weather model brings in a strong low-pressure system. It will also turn windy and very warm.
