You better enjoy the weather today! As early sunshine, mild temperatures and dry conditions will hold through at least 5 p.m.! This should make for a solid Wednesday by late October standards, as afternoon highs will reach the middle 70s (running 10° above average)!

The forecast will begin its downhill trend later tonight, as rain and even storms begin to overspread the area! Rain will be likely from this evening and off and on through early Friday. Along with the wet conditions, gusty winds return under heavy clouds, while temperatures begin to fall by mid-morning Thursday!

After the heavier, steadier rain...chilly air will continue to flow in making a return to fall. Patchy frost could be around on Saturday morning but plenty of sunshine is expected for Saturday and Sunday!
