INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — Six men are in custody after IMPD narcotics detectives seized drugs, three handguns and thousands of dollars in cash from an east side home.

The arrests were made shortly after 12:30 p.m. yesterday afternoon in the 2800 block of East Brookside Drive. 58-year-old Billy Boss, 27-year-old Eric Middlebrook, 29-year-old Terrell Scott, 26-year-old Shane Scruggs, 27-year-old Dominic Scruggs, and 27-year-old Robert Williams were all taken into custody for narcotic related charges.

Two of the men were transported to the IMPD Homicide Office to be interviewed by homicide detectives.

The warrant was obtained as the result of an investigation where narcotics were purchased from the house, specifically from Williams. IMPD Southeast District Narcotics detectives were assisted by Flex team and the Indiana State Police SWAT team to successfully make the arrest.

Officials also seized cocaine, heroin, marijuana, 5 cars and other paraphernalia from the home.  A total of $8,640 was taken from the home.

Police say the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office will review the case and make a final charging decision.
