Original story:

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.– Police arrested a suspect in connection with the murder of a 69-year-old man.

On Nov. 9, police were called to Willow Lake Apartments in the 2800 block of Wooden Glen Court around 3:30 p.m. on a report of an unresponsive male.

The victim, later identified as George Huggins, 69, was found inside his apartment and pronounced dead. Police said Huggins’ injuries were not obvious and there was no forced entry into the apartment. They still considered the death suspicious.

Detectives were able to identify a person of interest, Joshua Anderson, 31. He was found in Morgan County and taken into custody. After being questioned by detectives, he was arrested on a preliminary charge of murder.

Detectives suspect the motive in the murder was money.
