INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. --Good Monday afternoon, Indiana. Temperatures checked in above average and in the upper 50s and low 60s today.  Tonight won't be as cold with lows in the low 40s under a mostly cloudy sky.

Tuesday will bring a mostly cloudy turning partly sunny sky. Highs will top out near 60 degrees with a light southwest wind.

We'll have some fog around Wednesday morning with a mostly sunny sky and highs in the low 60s. A warming trend will continue through the end of the week with temperatures climbing to near 70 degrees by Friday.

It will turn windy as well as a storm system approaches Indiana. A line of showers and storms looks to move in Friday evening with a cold front trailing. This cold front will bring some drier and frigid air to the region. Expect some lingering showers Saturday with falling temperatures and gusty winds. Sunday will be mostly cloudy with highs in the upper 30s and low 40s. Stay tuned! --Danielle Dozier
