Guardian radar is tracking rain this morning and more is on the way! Better grab the umbrella, at some point you will need it through the day while out and about. Along with the rain, "mild" temperatures are holding on breezy, south winds! Rain will be off and on, as mentioned, with the greatest amounts arriving late afternoon and into the early evening. Some stronger storms should be anticipated, along with gusts over 40 mph (between 4 p.m. and 10 p.m.)! These storms should be watched and any loose items not tied down outside could get blown around. Rainfall will be heavy with some spots receiving up to 2" by Tuesday morning.

Drier Tuesday coming before a few showers return on Wednesday, along with a cool down to more seasonal levels!
