Salmon Dip

 

2.5 lbs. poached salmon

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup sour cream

2 T. Dijon mustard

2 T. maple syrup

 

Flake salmon into small pieces.  Mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard and maple syrup.  Fold salmon into the mayonnaise mixture until well blended.  Add salt and pepper to taste.  Chill before serving with crackers or baguette slices.
