INDIANAPOLIS–A Frontier Airlines passenger jet landed safely in Indianapolis shortly after midnight Monday, having diverted to the Indy airport over concern about a possible fuel leak. No passengers or ground personnel were injured in what authorities are characterizing as a normal landing.

The flight was en route from Chicago to Florida when the decision was made to divert to Indianapolis.

Once the jetliner was on the ground, an inspection found no fuel leak, according to an airport spokesperson. The passengers were placed on other flights.
