JOHNSON COUNTY, Ind. – A Franklin teen is facing a rape charge in connection with an alleged incident on July 5 of this year.

Court documents say 19-year-old James Cook Jr. forced a relative to have sex with him at a home in Franklin.

When interviewed by police, cook said he was so drunk the night of the alleged incident, he didn’t remember what happened.

Court documents say lab results showed an exchange of DNA between Cook and the victim.
