Shelbyville police investigating string of break-ins at small businesses

SHELBYVILLE, Ind. – The Shelbyville Police Department is asking for the public to help them gather information about a string of break-ins at small businesses.

A surveillance camera captured a suspect breaking into Premier Loving Pet Care on Washington Street around 3 a.m. Sunday.

Police are also investigating a break-in next door at Sugar Coated Cakery that occurred around the same time.

Police say another break-in happened at Bishopp's Appliance Store in Shelbyville on Sunday as well.

Officers don’t know if the incidents are connected. If you know anything about these crimes, you’re asked to call police.
