Tart Cherry Mango Smoothie

  • 1 ½ cups Montmorency tart cherry juice
  • 1 ½ cups frozen mango chunks
  • ¾ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Place the Montmorency tart cherry juice, frozen mango chunks, Greek yogurt and honey in a heavy-duty blender. Puree until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses. Serve.

Makes 2 servings.
