It’s Inauguration Day in the nation’s capital. Donald Trump became our nation’s 45th president when he took the oath of office around noon. Indiana’s very own Mike Pence was also sworn-in as vice president.

Pence used Reagan’s Bible and Trump will use Lincoln’s Bible for the swearing in ceremony.

The Inaugural Parade took place following the ceremony. Three Indiana groups performed in the parade–Columbus North High School marching band, Culver Military Academy and the IMPD Drill Team.

We will live stream both events online and on Facebook. Follow this live blog for updates throughout the day.
