The NCAA tournament field is set and March Madness is ready to begin. The field was unveiled Sunday evening and games tip off Tuesday.

Take a look at the entire bracket, by region.

Local team seeding:

  • Purdue, 4th seed, vs. Vermont Thursday.
  • Butler, 4th seed, vs. Winthrop Thursday.
  • Notre Dame, 5th seed vs. Princeton Thursday.

Purdue will face a tough Vermont team that was undefeated in the American East.

Their last loss was coincidentally against Butler, back on Dec. 21. Vermont also boasts four players from Indiana on their roster; Ernie and Everett Duncan from Evansville, Dre Willis from Ben Davis, and Josh Speidel from Columbus.

Butler drew a 4th seed and plays Winthrop in Milwaukee on Thursday. They will have to deal with a very hot Winthrop lineup, who hasn’t lost in a month and a half.

Notre Dame might have the toughest test of any Indiana team. The Irish face Princeton on Thursday as part of the west region. Princeton ran the table and went undefeated in the Ivy League.

Indianapolis is also hosting a portion of the first two rounds. You can catch the following games at Bankers Life Fieldhouse next week.

  • Kentucky vs. Northern Kentucky
  • Louisville vs. Jacksonville State
  • Dayton vs. Wichita State
  • Michigan vs. Oklahoma State
