Meridian Street reopens in both directions after semi gets stuck underneath railroad bridge

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.– Police say Meridian Street was closed in both directions downtown near Union Station due to a semi being stuck underneath the railroad bridge Monday.

The incident occurred around 3:20 p.m. Within an hour, the area had reopened to traffic.

No injuries have been reported.
