Indiana Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy hosts free self defense class with IMPD

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Instructors from the Indiana Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy were at IMPD’s southwest district headquarters teaching people what to do and what not to do if they are attacked.

The free self-defense class focused on techniques to help you get away and find help.
