Franklin Police investigating shooting

FRANKLIN, Ind. – Franklin Police are investigating a shooting that has left one person injured.  The call came in just before 2 a.m. on Sunday morning to the 1500 block of Younce Street.

The victim, a 21 year old male was found suffering from multiple gun shot wounds.   According to police, he was transported to Eskenazi Hospital for treatment.

Franklin Police say the individual responsible for the shooting left the scene before police arrived, but was quickly located and is talking to police.

No arrests have been made at this time.
