RECIPE: ‘The Gobbler’ Stuffing

“The Gobbler” Stuff


  • 4 cups, Sage stuffing (base), which contains dried bread (sourdough, Italian, french baguettes, ciabatta, or whatever you have available)
  • 1/2 cup, Chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup, Chopped onions
  • 3 cups, Turkey or chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp, Melted butter
  • One tbsp, Fresh sage
  • Salt, pepper (to taste)


Combine all ingredients. Put in oven-safe dish, cover with aluminum foil, and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
