    The Indianapolis Colts today elevated inside linebacker Josh McNary from the practice squad to the active roster. The team also waived tight end Justice Cunningham and wide receiver David Reed and placed safety Delano Howell on Injured Reserve.   McNary, 6-0, 251 pounds, was originally signed by the Colts as a free agent on April 11, 2013.     Red Devils head coach Derek Moyers was suspended for Pike’s sectional finals game against Ben Davis. The school issued the punishment after video was released of the team celebrating in the locker room to explicit music. Pike advances to play Warren Central next week.
