    INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — IMPD is asking for the community to help solve an east side homicide from earlier this week. On Thursday, Indianapolis police responded to a report of a person shot at 1218 Grant Avenue.   • Governor declares flooding emergency for 11 counties

    INDIANAPOLIS–Widespread flooding has prompted Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb to issue a disaster emergency for 11 counties in Indiana. On Saturday the governor signed an executive order to include Carroll,  Dearborn,  Elkhart,  Lake, Marshall, Perry,  St. Joseph, Starke,  Switzerland and White Counties.
