INDIANAPOLIS — Convivio Italian Artisan Cuisine, with locations in Carmel and Zionsville, brought us an amazing spread to sample on Thursday’s show.
Andrea Melani, owner and director of operations, dropped by with Chef Brad Gates, following the restaurant’s win at Zoobilation for the best booth decor that evening.
Convivio is best known for fresh pasta and pizza, but you might also want to try appetizers like bruschette and risotto balls and cocktails like the Aperol Spritz.
The Carmel restaurant is located at 11529 Spring Mill Road, Suite 300, and the Zionsville location is at 40 South Main Street. Both locations are open Tuesday through Sunday for dinner.
