The Hot Room shows us the lion’s breath to relieve stress

INDIANAPOLIS – For National Stress Awareness Day, The Hot Room joins us to demonstrate a couple relaxation techniques, including the lion’s breath. It might look and sound a little funny, but it worked for us. The Hot Room, which offers hot yoga and hot pilates classes, has three Indy-area locations: downtown, the north side on east 96th Street, and Fishers.
