INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (July 11, 2015) -- NOBLE, the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives, is holding their 39th annual training conference right here in Indy this week. On Monday, Attorney General Loretta Lynch will be speaking to attendees.

Assistant Chief Perry Tarrant with the Seattle Police Department and Sergeant Matthew Faulk with the Tucson Police Department stopped by the FOX59 studios to tell us more about the conference.
