INDIANAPOLIS– If you ask someone if they’d like to get rid of their bad habits nearly everyone would say yes. But, ask if they’ve actually been successful dropping their bad habits the number would be a lot smaller. It seems determination often isn’t enough to create healthier routines.
Why is that? And what can you do about it? Naturopathic doctor Alice Fong has some advice on how to kick those bad habits.
