Eagle Scout project aims to help stray cats in central Indiana

Morning News

INDIANAPOLIS — Stray cats can be found in every neighborhood, but a lot of them are completely happy being on their own. Plenty of them still need attention, like being fed and cleaned. A central Indiana Boy Scout is nearing Eagle Scout status, and for his project he teamed up with Indy Neighborhood Cats, a non-profit designed to help out these cats.

FOX59 spoke with 16-year-old Ryan Schindler and Dawn Benefiel about the project.
