INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — Many Americans find themselves struggling with their mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Right now, a common feeling is grief. People are mourning the lack of social interaction during this trying time.

Mental health therapist and life coach Carol Juergensen Sheets offered some tips on how to cope with that grief and how to stay connected while staying apart.
