These are difficult times for police officers.

In Indianapolis, the homicide rate is skyrocketing, leaders are trying to update police use of force guidelines, and demonstrators across the city are calling for the department’s resources to be allocated to other community organizations.

IMPD chief Randal Taylor joins us to explain how this is all being handled behind the scenes.
