INDIANAPOLIS — The International Marketplace Coalition is calling on all African American artists to enter into a mural competition, called “Cultural Expression Through Art.”

It’s in partnership with the Indianapolis Recorder, the nation’s fourth longest running African American newspaper.

Mary Clark, Executive Director of the International Marketplace Coalition explains what artists need to submit to be considered to paint the mural.
