IU Health doctor updates status of local hospitals as coronavirus cases surge

INDIANAPOLIS – The number of coronavirus cases in Indiana and around the country are surging. As of October 20, 2020 the number of confirmed cases in the state stand at just under 150,000.

FOX59 spoke to Dr. Paul Calkins, the interim chief medical executive for IU Health, about how local hospitals are adjusting during the surge in cases.
