‘Locally Made’ festival filling void of Broad Ripple Art Fair

INDIANAPOLIS – For a second year in row, the Broad Ripple Art Fair will not take place because of the pandemic. In its place, a brand new festival aimed at giving local artists an avenue.

It’s called “Locally Made,” and FOX59 spoke with the executive director of the Indianapolis Art Center about what people can expect.
