INDIANAPOLIS– It’s certainly not easy to ask for help if you’re struggling with a mental health issue. And in many minority communities, admitting you need help can be seen as a sign of weakness.

Why is there so much reluctance and what can be done to break the stigma? We talk to psychiatrists Tomeika Anderson and Kanwal Sidhu, both with Community Health Network.
