New “Locally Made” festival pushes to help artists

INDIANAPOLIS– The pandemic has been hard on Hoosier artists. For the second year in a row, the Broad Ripple Art Fair is canceled. But now, a new and smaller festival will take its place on May 15 and 16. It’s called “Locally Made.

We talk to Mark Williams, president and executive director of the Indianapolis Art Center, on the new festival.
