Asian Salad in a Jar

Favorite Asian dressing

Shredded/julienne/chopped carrot

Chopped red/yellow bell pepper

Napa Cabbage, shredded

Edamame

Cooked chicken strips/chunks/diced

Canned mandarin oranges, drained

Salted or honey-roasted peanuts

Mixed greens

 

In a large (at least 1 quart) wide-mouth jar with lid, pour 2 to 6 tablespoons Salad dressing. Layer desired amount of ingredients in order shown, starting with carrots, bell peppers and Napa cabbage over dressing and continuing through peanuts. Top with mixed greens. Screw on lid and refrigerate until serving time. When ready, pour into bowl and enjoy.
