BLT with a Boost

2 slices favorite hearty, whole-grain bread, toasted

Sriracha mayonnaise*

Mixed greens, spinach leaves and/or favorite greens

4 slices bacon, cooked

4 slices of red, yellow and/or orange tomatoes

 

Spread a little Sriracha mayoonaise on both pieces of toast. Place large amount of mixed greens/lettuces over mayonnaise. Arrange tomato slices and bacon over greens. Top with other slice of toast. Enjoy.

Makes 1 sandwich.

*Sriracha mayonnaise: Mix ½ cup light mayonnaise with 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce. Store refrigerated in a tightly covered container.
