Ham & Apple Pocket

2 – 3 tablespoons Smoky Carrot Hummus (recipe above)

1 whole (2 halves) whole-wheat pita pocket

4-6 ounces favorite deli ham

1 small apple, cored and cut into thick slices


Spread each pocket half with Smoky Carrot Hummus.  Stuff with ham and slices of apple.

Makes 1 sandwich.
