RECIPE: Mixed Melon Skewers

  • Cantaloupe, honeydew and watermelon cubes/chunks (cut into about 1-inch cubes)
  • Smoked salmon or Prosciutto*
  • Tiny mozzarella balls
  • Fresh ground pepper
  • Small 6-inch skewer sticks

Place 1 cube of cantaloupe, honeydew and watermelon on skewer along with 1 mozzarella ball and a small folded piece of smoked salmon or prosciutto. Do this in any order you want. Arrange in cups or on platter.

Makes as many as you want! Using a 4-ounce package of smoked salmon will yield at least 12 skewers.
