RECIPE: Nutella & Banana Crepes

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tbl sugar

1/4 tsp kosher salt

1 1/2 cups milk

4 eggs

3 tbl butter

sliced banana


crushed walnuts



Combine the first six ingredients (through butter) in a blender until smooth.


Heat a nonstick pan over medium. Add a little bit of butter. Add about 1/3 cup of batter into the pan and swirl to coat the bottom of the pan. Cook until underside of crepe is golden brown. Use a spatula to loosen the edge of the crepe. Flip the crepe and cook for another minute. Fold the crepe in half and spread some nutella over the crepe. Arrange sliced bananas on top of the nutella and finish with crushed walnuts. Fold the crepe into a tri-fold.
