RECIPE: Roasted Garlic Bacon Onion Cheese Spread

Serves 6-8



1 1/2 lbs. cream cheese – room temperature

1 1/2 cups mayonnaise

1 cup of garlic cloves peeled

1 Tbsp olive oil

1 1/2 cups chopped bacon bits/ 1 lbs. bacon

1 cup of green onions chopped

1 cup of shredded mozzarella



1 Tbsp chopped bacon bits

1/2 Tbsp chopped green onions



1 French baguette

Olive oil


Set cream cheese out to room temperature to soften for easy mixing. Take 1 cup of  peeled garlic cloves and mix with 1 Tbsp of olive oil. Wrap garlic in foil and bake at 350 for approximately 45 minutes or until cloves caramelize and begin turning somewhat brown. Set aside and allow to cool. After cooled purée roasted garlic. Next cook

1 lbs. of bacon at 350 bacon for 15 minutes.  Cool then chop. Add all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Next fill in a baking dish and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Take out of oven garnish with bacon and green onions and allow to cool. Cut French bread into slices and brush each piece evenly with olive oil. Place pieces on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes at 350. After, arrange bread on a plate and serve with warm spread!
