Smoked Trout Breakfast Bagel

  • 1 whole-wheat bagel
  • 2 – 3 tablespoons light cream cheese
  • 4 – 6 ounces smoked trout or smoked salmon (lox)
  • Red onions, thinly sliced
  • Tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • Capers, couple teaspoons
  • Lemon wedges

Toast bagel and spread with cream cheese. Top with smoked trout/salmon. Top with desired amount of red onions, tomatoes, capers. Squeeze lemon juice over al if desired.

Makes 1 serving.
