Smoked Trout Breakfast Bagel
- 1 whole-wheat bagel
- 2 – 3 tablespoons light cream cheese
- 4 – 6 ounces smoked trout or smoked salmon (lox)
- Red onions, thinly sliced
- Tomatoes, thinly sliced
- Capers, couple teaspoons
- Lemon wedges
Toast bagel and spread with cream cheese. Top with smoked trout/salmon. Top with desired amount of red onions, tomatoes, capers. Squeeze lemon juice over al if desired.
