RECIPES: Bagger Dave’s Spicy Artichoke Dip

INGREDIENTS (makes a restaurant-sized serving of about 4 pounds):

  • 3lbs 6 oz drained artichoke hearts
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Grey Poupon
  • 1 tsp Tabasco
  • 2 cups smoked Gouda
  • 1 tbsp + 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp + 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp + 1 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup minced jalapenos

PREPARATION:

  • Strain/squeeze artichokes
  • Run artichokes through food processor, about a cup at a time
  • Add minced jalapenos to large mixing bowl
  • Add all liquid ingredients and whisk together
  • Add dry ingredients and whisk again
  • Store in fridge
