Fast Fruit Salad

  • 4 cans favorite canned fruits (fruit cocktail, chopped peaches, pineapple tidbits and mandarin oranges)

Drain all fruits and toss together lightly in a medium bowl. Store tightly covered in refrigerator.  Choose canned fruits packed in light syrup or 100% juice to save calories. Makes about 6 cups fruit salad.
